Good information, but you have to sift through a mountain of repetitive “be a badass” language to get to it. I found this book full of useful information about fitness and diet.

A lot of the book was repetitive and the instructions regarding the workouts were very intricate. On top of that, you WILL get more attention from women kohn, in my experience and enyineering will be much happier in general after using the plans in this book.
