Essentially doesnt offer too much insight into the tools that make McConsulting so valued. This is a wonderful primer to the world of consulting. They both have flat organizations, fact based meritocracies where anything that brings results is considered regardless of whom came up with it and also relatively young persons are given heavy responsibilities. He gives insight into how top consultants think and structure their problem-solving.
